St. Dominic’s Major Seminary, Woodlands, Plot Number 488ª/8 , Mutende Road,
Every four years, IMCS organizes the so-called World Assembly which is its Highest Decision Making Body of the movement. This World Assembly will happen in a global context. Internationally, young people will be at the centre of reflections to create agendas on development.
It will be a time for young Catholic students to reflect on the call of the church to be more active in society as well as an exceptional occasion to renew structures of the movement and adapt to the new challenges.
Finally, during this meeting, the new International Team of IMCS will be elected to serve the movement and the Catholic church with a four years mandate. Moreover, the statutory session will be preceded by a study session on Sustainable Development and Environment Sanitation, focused on the local challenges Zambia is facing.
Participants will have the opportunity to know and reflect on issues that are affecting the world and analyse it from the lens of Catholic Social Teaching.
